Installation Procedure

  1. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe Gasket (3) - Install

  2. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe (2) - Install
  3. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Retainer (1) - Install

  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
