Removal Procedure

  1. Rear Wheelhouse Liner - Right Side - Remove Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
    WARNING: Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .
    WARNING: Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .
  2. Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose @ Evaporative Emission System Vacuum Leak Pump - Disconnect Evaporative Emission Canister Air Inlet Hose Replacement 
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Evaporative Emission System Vacuum Leak Pump Nut (1) - Remove [2x]

  5. Evaporative Emission System Vacuum Leak Pump (2) - Remove
  6. Place assembly on a work bench.
  7. Retainer (1) - Remove

  8. Retaining Tab (2) - Release
    NOTE: Use a flat bladed tool to release the retaining tab.
  9. Evaporative Emission System Vacuum Leak Pump Hose (3) - Remove Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
