Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  2. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  3. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (5) - Remove
  4. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (3) - Disengage Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  5. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Pump Cooling Inlet Hose (4) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (5) - Remove
  6. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  7. Disconnect the electrical connector. (2)
  8. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (1) - Remove
