Installation Procedure

  1. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (1) - Install

  2. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Connect the electrical connector. (2)
  4. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Pump Cooling Inlet Hose (4) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (5) - Install

  5. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (3) - Engage Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  6. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (5) - Install
  7. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (1) - Engage Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  8. Fill the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  9. Inspect for coolant leaks.
