Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  2. Front Bumper Fascia (4) - Remove Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

  3. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  4. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2) @ Auxiliary Radiator (3) - Remove
  5. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  6. Generator Control Module Coolant Pipe Clip (3) @ Engine Coolant Fan Shroud (2) Disengage
  7. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (4) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (5) - Remove
