Removal Procedure

  1. Fold down rear seat back cushion to gain access.
  2. Rear Compartment Side Trim (2) - Remove Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side (Without HP4)Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Left Side (With HP4)

  3. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Air Outlet Duct Retainer (1) - Remove

  4. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Air Outlet Duct (2) - Remove
  5. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]

  6. Un-clip the drive motor generator control module tray.
  7. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray (2) - Remove
  8. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Bracket Nut (1) - Remove [2x]

  9. Remove the wiring harness from the upper drive motor battery bracket stud.

  10. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Bracket Nut (1) - Remove [3x]
  11. Detach the battery cable from the drive motor battery bracket and disconnect the drive motor battery cooling blower electrical connector.
  12. Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket (1) - Remove

  14. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Blower Inlet Duct (2) - Remove
  15. Drive Motor Battery Cooling Blower Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

  16. Drive Motor Generator Battery Cooling Blower (3) @ Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket (2) - Remove
