Conditions for Setting the DTC

P19FA 

The hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2 detects the Coolant Pump Feedback circuit frequency is greater than 770 Hz.

P19FB 

The hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2 detects the Coolant Pump Feedback circuit frequency is less than 8 Hz.

P19FC 

The hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2 detects the Coolant Pump Feedback circuit indicated pump speed is greater than 50 RPM when the pump is not enabled.

OR

The hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2 detects the Coolant Pump Feedback circuit indicated pump speed is different than the commanded pump speed.
