Conditions for Setting the DTC

P0CED 

The Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 2 detects the Coolant Pump Control circuit is open.

P1F44 

The Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 2 detects the Coolant Pump Enable circuit is shorted to ground.

P1F45 

The Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 2 detects the Coolant Pump Enable circuit is shorted to voltage.
