Removal Procedure

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief 
    WARNING: Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning .
    WARNING: Refer to Safety Glasses Warning .
  2. Intake Manifold Cover - Remove Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  3. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose - LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank - Remove Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG)Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank)
  4. Disconnect the engine wiring harness from the engine coolant air bleed hose bracket and reposition engine wiring harness.
  5. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Bolt (1) - Remove

  6. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Bracket (2) - Remove
  7. Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove

  8. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Disconnect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Remove
