Installation Procedure

  1. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Install

  2. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Connect Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  3. Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bolt (1) - Install 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Bracket (2) - Install

  5. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Bolt (1) - Install 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  6. Connect the engine wiring harness to the engine coolant air bleed hosebracket.
  7. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose - LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank - Install Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG)Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank)
  8. Intake Manifold Cover - Install Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
