Circuit/System Testing

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition ON/Vehicle in Service mode.
  2. Verify that DTC C0010, C0011, C0014, C0015, C0018, C0019, C001C or C001D are not set while operating the vehicle under normal driving conditions.
    • If any of the DTCs are set 
    1. Vehicle OFF and all vehicle systems OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the K17 Electronic Brake Control Module. It may take up to 2 min for all vehicle systems to power down.
    2. Test for less than 10 Ω between the ground circuit terminals listed below and ground:
      • Terminal 14
      • Terminal 46
      • If 10 Ω or greater 

        Repair the open/high resistance in the circuit.

      • If less than 10 Ω 
    3. Replace the Q5 Brake Pressure Modulator
    • If none of the DTCs are set 
  3. All OK.
