Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LTG)

Preliminary Procedures

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
2. Heater Outlet Hose @ Radiator Surge Tank Remove Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
3. Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose @ Radiator Surge Tank Remove Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG) Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank) 

Procedure

1. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
2. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
