Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LFV)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  2. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
1 Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp [2x]
Procedure 
Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamps using GE-47622  Hose Clamp Pliers.
Special Tools 
GE-47622  Hose Clamp Pliers Special Tools 
2 Radiator Inlet Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill the coolant to the proper level. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) 
  2. Inspect for coolant leaks.
