Conditions for Setting the DTC

C0364 01 

Voltage on the front axle actuator control circuit is greater than 8.5 V.

C0364 02 

Voltage on the front axle actuator control circuit is less than 0.2 V.

C0364 04 

Voltage on the front axle actuator control circuit is between 2.5-5.5 V.

C0379 08 

The transfer case control module detects a change in voltage on the four wheel drive wheel lock indicator circuit and no change in voltage on the front axle actuator control circuit.

C0379 58 

5 s after a range change, the transfer case control module compares the commanded state of the front axle (Front Axle Engagement Actuator Command parameter) to the monitored state of the front axle (Front Axle Feedback Switch parameter). If the command state differs from the monitored state for more than a predetermined amount of time, the DTC sets.
