Preliminary Procedures Remove the front wheel speed sensor wiring harness from the steering knuckle. 1	Front Upper Control Arm Ball Stud Nut CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Use a suitable jack stand to support the front lower control arm. Use the CH-42188-B separator to separate the front upper control arm from the steering knuckle. Tighten First Pass: 50 N.m (37 lb ft) Final Pass: (90-110 degrees) Special Tools CH-42188-B Ball Joint Separator Equivalent regional tools:Special Tools
2	Front Upper Control Arm Nut Tighten 190 N.m (140 lb ft)
3	Front Upper Control Arm Adjust Cam
4	Front Upper Control Arm Bolt Procedure Pull the front shock absorber assembly down and reposition as necessary to gain the clearance to remove the front upper control arm bolts.
5	Front Upper Control Arm Procedure Measure and adjust the wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Measurement
