Preliminary Procedures

Remove the 3rd row seat. Refer to Rear Seat Removal and Installation (60/40 Bench) .
Separate the 3rd row 60% from the 40% seat. Refer to Rear Seat Separation (3rd Row Power with AS8) Rear Seat Separation (3rd Row Manual with ARN) Rear Seat Separation .

3rd Row Seat Cushion Cover

Procedure

Disconnect the seat cushion cover j-channel from the seat cushion frame.
Disengage the hook and loop fastener strips retaining the cover to the pad and separate the cover from the pad.
