Preliminary Procedure Ensure all sealing surfaces are clean and free of debris. Refer to Camshaft Cover Cleaning and Inspection (LKW) .
1	Camshaft Cover Gasket
2	Camshaft Cover Procedure Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant Add a 14 mm bead of sealant at the right and left T-joint where the front cover meets the cylinder head and at the rear of the camshaft cover at the right and left T-joint where the vacuum pump bolts on. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants and Sealers (LKW) .
3	Camshaft Cover Bolt (Qty: 19) NOTE: Tighten the 19 camshaft cover perimeter bolts and the 4 interior camshaft cover bolts in sequence.
4	Camshaft Cover Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Tighten the camshaft cover bolts in sequence. Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
5	Ignition Coil
6	Ignition Coil Bolt Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
7	Camshaft Cover Heat Shield
8	Camshaft Cover Heat Shield Bolts (Qty: 4) Tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
9	Oil Level Indicator
10	PCV Hose Assembly
