Roof Console Replacement

1	Roof Console Assembly Procedure Grasp the roof console assembly and pull downward releasing the retainer clips securing the roof console assembly to the headlining assembly. Disconnect the electrical connections. When replacing the roof console assembly, transfer all necessary components. NOTE: Replacement overhead consoles may have plugs inserted into the microphone holes that must be removed before the microphone can be re-installed. These plugs can be removed by pulling on stems located on the back side of the overhead console or they can be drilled out.

Procedure

Grasp the roof console assembly and pull downward releasing the retainer clips securing the roof console assembly to the headlining assembly.
Disconnect the electrical connections.
When replacing the roof console assembly, transfer all necessary components.
