Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe Replacement (LTG) Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement
1	Surge Tank Vent Hose Clamp
2	Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Clamp
3	Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
4	Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Procedure Disconnect the electrical wiring harness connector from the ignition coil.
5	Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Seal Procedure Install NEW seal
