Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    The vacuum pump seal must not deform during the installation procedure.

  1. Install the NEW vacuum pump seal (1) to the DT-45866  Seal Installer (2).

    NOTE:

    Ensure the seal is fully seated in the camshaft cover.

  2. Install the NEW vacuum pump seal into the camshaft cover using the DT-45866  Seal Installer.
  3. Install Vacuum Pump Assembly Replacement
