Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9)

  2. Disconnect the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve electrical connector (8) from the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve (5).
  3. Remove and DISCARD the 3 turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve hose clamps (2, 4, 6).
  4. Remove the 3 turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve hoses (1, 3, 7) from the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve (5).

  5. Remove the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve bolt (2).
  6. Remove the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve (1).
