Remove the rear seat back cushion cover and pad. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Rear Folding) Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Split Folding Center Cushion) Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement (Split Folding Side Cushion) 
1 Rear Seat Back Center Cushion Latch Fastener (Qty: 2)
