| Engine Oil (Gasoline) | The engine requires engine oil approved to the dexos™1 specification. Oils meeting this specification can be identified with the dexos™ certification mark. Look for and use only an engine oil that displays the dexos™ certification mark of the proper viscosity grade. SAE 5W-30 GM P/N 19293000 (Canadian P/N 19286321) is the best viscosity grade for the vehicle. Do not use other viscosity oils such as SAE 10W-30, 10W-40 or 20W-50. |
| Engine Oil (Diesel) | Dexos2™ is designed for use with light-duty diesel engines. Use only engine oil licensed to the dexos2 specification of the proper SAE viscosity grade, such as SAE 5W30 or 0W30 - (cold weather) GM P/N 88865157 (Canadian P/N 88865338) |
| Engine Coolant | 50/50 mixture of clean, drinkable water and use only DEX-COOL Coolant GM P/N 12346290 (Canadian P/N 10953464). |
