Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  3. Remove air intake duct (1).

  4. Remove air conditioning compressor and condenser hose from condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (2.0L Diesel LUZ) , Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (1.4L LUV)  and Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (1.8L LUW and LWE) .
  5. Remove air conditioning condenser hose bolt and air conditioning condenser hose (1, 2).

  6. Remove air conditioning refrigerant pressure sensor. Refer to Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement .
  7. Remove air conditioning condenser (1).
