Removal Procedure

  1. Before performing the first steps, review the Emission Reduction Fluid and Emission Reduction Fluid Handling .
  2. Remove the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - upper. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Insulator Replacement - Upper .
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors (2) from the level and temperature emission reduction fluid tank module (1).

  4. Carefully remove the level and temperature emission reduction fluid tank module (1) from the emission reduction fluid tank by releasing the retaining tab (2) and sliding module away from retainer (3).
