Installation Procedure

- Install the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - lower (1) to the emission reduction fluid tank (4).
- Install the 2 emission reduction fluid tank insulator - lower fasteners (2) to the 2 studs (3).
- Install the emission reduction fluid tank (2) to the vehicle.
- Install the 3 emission reduction fluid tank bolts (1) and tighten to 22 N.m 16 lb ft.
- Connect the emission reduction vent pipe to emission reduction fluid exhaust front pipe injector supply pipe (5).
- Remove the cap from the emission reduction fluid exhaust front pipe injector supply pipe (3).
- Install the emission reduction fluid exhaust front pipe injector supply pipe (3) to the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
- Connect the emission reduction fluid pipe wiring harness plug (2).
- Connect the emission reduction fluid pump module wiring harness plug to the body wiring harness (3).
- Install the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - upper. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Insulator Replacement - Upper .
