Removal Procedure

Before performing the first steps, review the Emission Reduction Fluid and Emission Reduction Fluid Handling .
Remove the emission reduction fluid tank insulator - upper. Refer to Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Insulator Replacement - Upper .
Disconnect the 3 wiring harness plugs (3, 6) from the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1).

NOTE: The emission reduction fluid system is very sensitive to contamination and component cleanliness is vital.
Disconnect the emission reduction fluid exhaust front pipe injection supply pipe (4) from the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
Remove the 3 emission reduction fluid supply pump module bolts (2).
Remove the emission reduction fluid supply pump module (1) from the emission reduction fluid tank reservoir (5).
Remove and DISCARD the 2 emission reduction fluid supply pump module seal rings (7).
