Removal Procedure

Before performing the first steps, review the Emission Reduction Fluid and Emission Reduction Fluid Handling .
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
Disconnect the wiring harness plug (6) from the emission reduction fluid injector (4).

Disconnect the emission reduction fluid injector fluid feed pipe (1) from the emission reduction fluid injector (4).
Cap the emission reduction fluid injector fluid feed pipe (1) to prevent fluid contamination or loss.
Remove the 2 emission reduction fluid injector nuts (5).
Remove the emission reduction fluid injector (4) from the exhaust pipe vaporizer (3).
