Conditions for Running the DTC
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
- Engine coolant temperature is between 70-126°C (158-259°F).
- Engine is running for greater than 30-210 s, depending on the engine coolant temperature at start.
- Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM
- Turbocharger vane position learn procedure is not active and has completed and passed since the last clearing of fault code memory.
- Ambient air temperature is greater than -15°C (5°F).
- Brake Pedal Position Sensor voltage is less than 1.2 V for greater than 5 s.
- DTC P2598 and P2599 run continuously whenever the above conditions are met.
