Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bypass Solenoid Valve Static Test

  1. Ignition Off, disconnect the harness connector at the Q47 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bypass Solenoid Valve.
  2. Test for 25-40 Ω between the ignition circuit terminal 1 and the control terminal 2.
    • If not between 25-40 Ω 

      Replace the Q47 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bypass Solenoid Valve.

    • If between 25-40 Ω 
  3. All OK
