Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition On.
  2. Verify DTC P0101, P102, P0103 P0107, P0108, P0401, P0402, P0405, P0406, P0545, P0546, P2080, P2084, P242B, P242C, P242D, P1472 or U02A3 is not set.
    • If none of the DTCs are set 
  3. Ignition Off for greater than 120 min.
  4. Engine running, verify the scan tool Start-Up Particulate Matter Sensor Temperature is between -30 to +200°C (-22 to +392°F).
    • If not between -30 to +200°C (-22 to +392°F) 

      Replace the B136 Exhaust Particulate Matter Sensor

    • If between -30 to +200°C (-22 to +392°F) 
  5. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
  6. Verify the DTC does not set.
    • If the DTCs does not set 
  7. All OK.
