Circuit/System Verification

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition On.
  2. Verify DTCs P0030, P0031, P0032, P0053, P0131, P0132, P064D, P11A6, P11A9, P2237, P2243 or P2251 are not set.
    • If no DTC is set 
  3. Engine idling at normal operating temperature.
  4. Verify with a scan tool the HO2S 1 Lambda value is greater than 0.2 Lambda.
    • If not greater than 0.2 Lambda 

      Replace the B52 Heated Oxygen Sensor.

    • If greater than 0.2 Lambda 
  5. Operate the vehicle within the conditions for running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the freeze frame/failure records data.
  6. Verify the DTC do not set.
    • If the DTC sets 

      Replace the B52 Heated Oxygen Sensor.

    • If the DTC does not set 
  7. All OK.
