Conditions for Running the DTCs

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
Ambient air and reductant temperatures are warmer than -7°C (+19°F).
Reductant tank is not in frozen tank status.
Reductant remaining defrost time is less than 120 s.
Emission reduction fluid tank is not empty.
The DTC runs continuously once the above conditions are met.
