Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition On.
- Verify DTC P204B, P204C or P204D is not set.
- If one of the DTCs are set
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If none of the DTCs are set
- If one of the DTCs are set
- Verify the scan tool Reductant Pump Control Circuit Status parameter OK or Not Run.
- If OK or Not Run is not displayed
Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If OK or Not Run is displayed
- If OK or Not Run is not displayed
- Engine idling until Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 is greater than 175°C (347°F).
- Observe the scan tool Reductant Pressure parameter. The reading should be between 400-575 kPa (58-83 psi).
- If not within the specified range
Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If within the specified range
- If not within the specified range
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
- Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If the DTC does not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
