Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition On.
  2. Verify the scan tool Reductant Pressure is not greater than 0 kPa.
    • If greater than 0 kPa 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing

    • If 0 kPa 
  3. Verify DTC P0651, P204C or P204D is not set.
    • If the DTC is not set 
  4. Ignition Off and all vehicle systems Off. It may take up to 2 minutes for all vehicle systems to power down. Observe the scan tool Reductant Pressure when turning the ignition On. The reading should be 0 kPa.
    • If greater than 0 kPa 

      Refer to DTC P20A1 

    • If 0 kPa 
  5. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
  6. Verify the DTC does not set.
    • If the DTC sets 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • If the DTC does not set 
  7. All OK.
