Circuit/System Testing

  1. Verify the conditions listed below do not exist:
    • Intake air flow blade that is not in the rest position.
    • Intake air flow blade that is binding open or closed.
    • Intake air flow blade that opens or closes without spring pressure.
    • Dirt, debris or coking in the intake air flow body.
    • Damaged intake air flow valve blade or shaft.
    • If a condition exists 

      Clean or replace the Q20 Intake Air Flow Valve as necessary

    • If none of the conditions exist 
  2. Test or replace the Q20 Intake Air Flow Valve.
