Conditions for Running the DTCs

P11DB
- DTCs P064C, P163C, P2200, P2205, P220A, P220B, U029D and U029E are not set.
- Exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor 3 is between 100-600°C (212-1112°F).
- Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for 5 minutes.
- Battery voltage is greater than 11 V.
- NOx sensor 1 and NOx sensor 2 status shows activity.
- The fault exists for more than 3 events during a key cycle.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met.
P11DC
- DTCs P064C, P163C, P220A, P220B, P22A3, P229E, U029D and U029E are not set.
- The EGT sensor 3 is between 100-600°C (212-1112° F).
- The engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for 5 minutes.
- The battery voltage is greater than 11 V.
- NOx sensor 1 and NOx sensor 2 status shows activity.
- The fault exists for more than 3 events during a key cycle.
- The DTC runs continuously when the above conditions are met.
P2200, P2202, P2203, P229E, P22A0 and P22A1
- DTCs P2205, P2209, P22A3 or P22A7 are not set.
- Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 sec.
- Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for at least 20 sec.
- Exhaust gas temperature Sensor 1 is between 100-600°C (212-1112°F).
- NOx sensor 1 and NOx sensor 2 are at operating temperature for greater than 5 min or the fuel injection quantity is greater than 2 mm3 .
- The DTCs run continuously once the above conditions are met.
DTC P2205
- DTC P064C, P163C, P2200, P2205, P220A, P220B or U029D are not set.
- Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
- Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for greater than 20 s.
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 is between 100-600°C (212-1112°F).
- NOx sensor 1 status shows activity.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met.
DTC P2209
- DTC P064C, P163C, P2200, P2205, P220A, P220B or U029D are not set.
- Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for more than 20 s.
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 is greater than 100°C (212°F).
- NOx sensor 1 status shows activity for at least 3 minutes.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met for 3 minutes.
P220A or P220B
- The ignition is On.
- Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
- The DTCs run continuously once the above conditions are met.
DTC P22A3
- DTC P064C, P163C, P2200, P2205, P220A, P220B, P229E or U029E are not set.
- Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
- Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for greater than 20 s.
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 is between 100-600°C (212-1112°F).
- NOx sensor 2 status shows activity for at least 3 minutes.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met.
DTC P22A7
- DTC P064C, P163C, P2200, P2205, P220A, P220B, P229E or U029E are not set.
- Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
- Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for greater than 20 s.
- Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 3 is greater than 100°C (212°F).
- NOx sensor 2 status shows activity for at least 3 minutes.
- The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met for 3 minutes.
