Conditions for Running the DTC

DTC P242C or P242D is not set.
The ignition has been Off for greater than 8 hours.
Reductant dosing has not been requested by the ECM.
Engine speed is greater than 600 RPM for at least 3 s.
Ambient air temperature is greater than -60°C (-76°F)
Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for more than 3 s.
The DTC runs once per key cycle when the above conditions are met.
