Conditions for Running the DTC

DTC P0117, P0118 or P0128 is not set.
The Engine Speed is greater than 600 RPM.
The Ambient Air Temperature is greater than -7°C (19°F)
The engine coolant temperature has reached 70°C (158°F) at least once during the current ignition cycle.
The Fuel Consumption Rate is greater than 2.0 L/H (0.5 G/H)
This DTC runs once per key cycle when the conditions are met.
