DTC P0192 or P0193 is not set.
Battery voltage is greater than 11 V for greater than 3 s.
Engine is running.
Fuel Temperature Sensor is between -10°C (14°F) and 70°C (158°F).
Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor is between 50 Mpa (7, 252 PSI) and 130 Mpa (18, 855 PSI)
Fuel pressure control is in fuel pressure regulator 2 mode.
The DTC runs once per key cycle when above conditions are met.
