Conditions for Running the DTC

DTC P0131 or P0132

• DTCs P064D is not set.
• The engine is running.
• The HO2S temperature is greater than 650°C (1202°F).
• The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met for greater than 2 s.

DTC P0133

• DTCs P0030, P0031, P0032, P0053, P0131, P0132, P064D, P11A6, P11A9, P2237, P2243, P2251 or P2A00 are not set.
• The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V.
• Engine speed is greater than 1100 RPM.
• A DPF regeneration is not active.
• Fuel injection quantity is greater than 20 mm³ .
• DTC P0133 runs during deceleration fuel cut-off for at least 4 s.

DTC P11A6 or P11A9

• DTCs P0030, P0031, P0032, P0053, P0131, P0132, P064D, P11A6, P11A9, P2237, P2243, P2251 or P2A00 are not set.
• The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3s.
• Engine speed is between 650 RPM and 2700 RPM.
• The engine runtime is greater than 20 s.
• The HO2S temperature is less than 806°C (1483°F) or greater than 824°C (1515°F).
• A DPF regeneration is not active.
• Fuel injection quantity is between 4 mm³ and 18 mm³ .
• Deceleration fuel cut-off is not active.
• The DTCs run continuously when the above conditions are met.

P2237

• DTCs P0030, P0031, P0032, P0131, P0132 or P064D are not set.
• The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
• The engine speed is greater than 90 RPM.
• A DPF regeneration is not active.
• The calculated HO2S concentration is greater than 0.07.
• DTC runs continuously when the above conditions are met for 2 s.

P2243 and P2251

• DTCs P0030, P0031, P0032, P0131, P0132 or P064D are not set.
• The ignition voltage is greater than 11 V for at least 3 s.
• The engine speed is greater than 90 RPM.
• The HO2S 1 heater is between 806-824°C (1483-1515°F).
• DTC runs continuously when the above conditions are met for 2 s.
