Conditions for Setting the DTCs

NOTE: The scan tool display range is between -40 and +150°C (-40 and +302°F).

P0097 

The ECM detects that the IAT sensor 2 signal is less than 28 Hz, colder than -50°C (-58°F), for greater than 3 s.

P0098 

The ECM detects that the IAT sensor 2 signal is greater than 354 Hz, warmer than 130°C (266°F), for greater than 3 s.
