Circuit/System Verification

Ignition ON.
Verify DTC P003A, P2564, P2565, P2598 or P2599 is not set
- If a DTC is set
  Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- If none of the DTCs are set
Engine running.
Verify the Turbocharger Vane Position Sensor parameter is greater than 95% when commanding the Turbocharger Vane Position Solenoid Valve ON with a scan tool and is less than 5% when commanding the Turbocharger Vane Position Solenoid Valve OFF with a scan tool.
- If 95% or less when commanded ON or 5% or greater when commanded OFF
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing .
- If greater than 95% when commanded ON or less than 5% when commanded OFF
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTCs. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify a DTC does not set.
- If a DTC sets
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- If a DTC does not set
All OK.
