Conditions for Running the DTC

The ECM is commanding the turbocharger vanes closed during a position learn procedure.
Engine speed is between 575-1, 075 RPM for greater than 10 s.
Base injector fuel rate is between 0-24 mm³ .
Accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor is 1% or less.
Vehicle speed is between 0-5 km/h (0-3.1 MPH).
Battery voltage is at least 11 V.
Engine coolant temperature (ECT) is between 60-128°C (140-262.4°F)
Barometric pressure (BARO) is between 65-105 kPa (9.4-15.2 PSI)
DTC P003A runs once per key cycle when the above conditions are met.
