Removal Procedure

- Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Encore) Remove
- Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct Bolt - Remove
- Using the appropriate tool, remove the heat stake (1) securing the left side of the instrument panel outer air outlet duct to the instrument panel.
- Using the appropriate tool, remove the heat stake (1) securing the right side of the instrument panel outer air outlet duct to the instrument panel.
- Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Duct - Remove
NOTE:
Both end of the instrument panel outer air outlet duct are fastened onto the instrument panel by the heat staking method. For the re-securing instrument panel outer air outlet duct refer to the installation procedure.
