Balancing Procedure

    NOTE:

    The refrigerant oil in the air conditioning system must be balanced during air conditioning compressor replacement.

  1. Before installing the air conditioning compressor, the refrigerant oil will have to be fully drained.

  3. Add back the same quantity of polyalkylene glycol (PAG) oil as drained from the removed air conditioning compressor. Refer to the amount of refrigerant oil recorded during the air conditioning compressor removal.
