Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear brake rear pipe to the vehicle.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the rear brake rear pipe fitting (1) to the rear brake cylinder and tighten the fitting to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear brake rear pipe fitting (1) to the rear brake hose and tighten the fitting to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).
  4. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) .
  5. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
