Removal Procedure
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
.
- Remove the right front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
.
- Rotate the drive belt tensioner pulley bolt (1) in the direction shown until the bore (2) aligns with the bore in the engine front cover, using a TORX wrench and hold in position.

- Install a suitable punch (1) through the drive belt tensioner bore (2) to the engine front cover bore to fix the tensioner in position.

- Lower the vehicle.
- Remove the right engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side .
- Remove the drive belt (1).
