Installation Procedure

  1. Install the water pump pulley (1).

  2. Install the 3 water pump pulley bolts (2).
  3. Tighten the 3 water pump pulley bolts to 22 N.m (16 lb ft) while holding the water pump pulley hub with a wrench.
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  5. Install the engine mount bracket. Refer to Engine Mount Bracket Replacement - Right Side .
  6. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
