Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (2.0L Diesel LUZ)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 Fill)  and Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
Special Tools GE-47622  Hose Clamp PliersFor equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .
1 Radiator Outlet Hose Connector

Procedure

  1. Place a tray underneath.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  3. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose connector.
